3. In-game purchases

You must provide accurate User ID and Server ID for in-game top-ups.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information you provide.
In-game purchases are typically final once successfully delivered and are non-refundable unless we state otherwise.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices may change without prior notice.
Pay only to official payment accounts we communicate to you.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery & processing time

Processing time varies by product type and system conditions.
We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues, third-party services, couriers, or events outside our reasonable control — see Shipping & delivery.

6. Warranty

Hardware (e.g. RAM, SSD) is covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty, subject to their terms.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification — see Warranty & support.

7. Refunds & returns

Refunds and returns depend on product type and conditions — see Refunds & returns.
Digital products and in-game purchases are generally not eligible for refund once delivered.

8. Customer responsibility & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Miyuuverse IT Store never requests passwords, OTP codes, or login credentials.
Verify official contact channels before paying.

9. Limitation of liability
