This notice explains how Miyuuverse IT Store handles personal data when you use miyuu.my and related channels (enquiry forms, newsletter, WhatsApp, Telegram, and orders). The data user (controller) responsible for personal data collected through this website and our customer-facing channels is Rinfinity Yuniverse (MA0344094-W), operating publicly as Miyuuverse / Miyuuverse IT Store. Depending on how you interact with Miyuuverse IT Store, we may collect:

Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp or other messaging handles.
Payment-related information: details needed to confirm payment to official accounts (we never ask for passwords or OTPs).
In-game purchases: game User ID and Server ID (for example for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang top-ups), as required to fulfil your order.
Orders & transactions: order references, product interests, serial numbers, pre-order preferences, estimated delivery notes, warranty or support descriptions, and other information you choose to send.
Newsletter: email address if you subscribe.
Technical data: browser type, general location (country/region), and similar metadata our hosting or service providers may log for security and reliability.
On-device storage: your browser may store a wishlist or consent preference locally (see Cookies & similar technologies).

3. Why we use personal data

We process personal data for purposes that may include:

responding to enquiries, quotes, and support tickets;
processing or fulfilling orders and warranties where applicable;
sending operational messages (for example order or warranty updates);

5. WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms

When you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages and profile details visible in those apps are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. / Telegram under their own terms and privacy policies, in addition to our use for customer service. Do not send sensitive information you are uncomfortable sharing through those channels.

6. Service providers & third-party platforms

We may use trusted processors (for example cloud hosting, email, payment facilitators, or database providers such as Google Firebase) to run this site and store data. In-game purchases may involve game publishers or platforms under their own terms. Miyuuverse IT Store is not responsible for the privacy practices of payment providers, game publishers, or other third parties — please read their policies.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, or dispute resolution requirements, then delete or anonymise it where possible. Specific retention periods may vary by record type.

8. Your PDPA rights

Subject to the PDPA and operational or legal requirements, you may have the right to:

request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data where applicable;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing);
limit processing in line with applicable law;
lodge a concern with the relevant authority where provided by law.
